aside from selling sektor a water dragon shield for $50 back in 2012 and making meow pals a personal buffbot npc, image/devnoob have been pretty good in the past

it's pretty refreshing playing a box where the staff is almost always online and listens to the playerbase without ego tripping you into the ground when you voice an opinion

might play there casually if at all, but between work, school, empire, and the division, don't see myself having much time

I used to play every iteration of image/devnoobs 'guild wars' emu servers and they were always legit fun. Only one time did devnoob have a meltdown and walked away with the database thus closing one of the servers prematurely. Otherwise those servers were always a blast.

I tested a lvl 50 wiz last night. Both rend and conflag hit for low 600's and ice comet hit for 714 dmg.

The cast times were changed but mana cost remained the same aka Ice comet 400 mana still.

My ice comet testing showed it hitting for max of about 800 I believe.
