Monk and shaman complement each other so much that yeah ... "notcolgate" has it right.
Any area that has a steady stream of dark blue mobs is a viable xp location. *bonus points for ZEM (dungeons) **bonus points for not picking overcrowded zones that limit # of killable mobs (ie not mistmoore) ***bonus points for contiguous zones for leveling (minimize travel time) - adjacent zones that complement level ranges I'll stand by WSW, LOIO, OT, FM in that you can go from low 20s to 45 with minimal travel, wide open spaces, and ample mobs to xp on. Your xp per kill might be better in guk or solA, but the time spent traveling would end up putting you behind. This assumes that all you care about is speed of leveling. The joy of p99 and classic eq is in exploring the world ... so I vote you go crawl a fun dungeon and wipe once or thrice. You'll walk away from p99 with a better experience than just focusing on experience points.
