I've tried installing the default titanium version, and the old_default version. Unfortunately both versions cause my icons to freak out.

How do I fix this?

Follow the link in my signature to an installer I wrote.. from all the options pick to "change icons" and pick which set you want (it does classic/luclin/titanium).
