Agreed if you win roll you have to turn in orders and you have to turn in head to garadain. Lawyerquesting loopholes is horseshit to gear your guildies and roll for them.

Pretty sure the intent was just to prevent 50 dudes from rolling and letting their pal turn his in. And to prevent a clickfest.
Ive had my warrior camped at this camp for 3-4 months and lost plenty of rolls. So long as the person who wins the roll turns in their marching order I'm not that concerned what happens with the head/turn in. Does it suck to see it get sold, yes. But you can apply that to anything on P99. Scout turn ins, Hierophant camp in Seb, KDT in Kael. There's plenty of content people just farm to sell when plenty of people want to do it legit for their own use. Just the way of the server.

I leave my character at the camp in EW, because I just can't do this every day. I can't keep tracking down a port, banking to have plat for that port (I'm a monk), the on-foot travel time, then whatever additional time is set aside to make sure I'm not late for the roll and miss it. I want to be able to play my character again! I've lost to the same guy on two consecutive days. I've lost to a different guy two consecutive days and a third time on the fourth day same person 3-of-4 days). I've lost with a 987, because the person who rolled a 998 couldn't get the guy who was intending to loot the head and do the turn-in out there before Garadain died, then won it again literally 2 days later for a different person to loot and turn-in. It's just crazy. You know there wouldn't be so much competition every single day if a once-a-day bottleneck like this required the same person doing the quest to be the same person looting the head.

Casuals will always miss out on top tier items because pixel hoarding neckbeards that can't get enough pixels make the entire process of getting said pixels impossible without investing tons of time into this retarded modus operandi. It's the same way in successful top tier raid guilds too. The whole system favors the same greedy players over and over again. I never get used to just how pathetic and greedy people can be over pixelated items and stuff. Nothing turns my stomach more than witnessing this selfish behavior in a game, and I wish there were better ways for everyone to enjoy top end items, but there simply isn't. As a casual you will not have those uber pixels, but you will have your dignity and thorough enjoyment of the games more simpler pleasures still. As a true neckbeard, you will have BiS items and feel awesome looking in your inventory, but you most likely will have sacrificed dignity and lost respect from other players getting those pixels. You choose which way to go.
