I love how Jamie protected King's Landing from the Mad King, and then his sister literally does the exact fucking thing he dishonored himself for. Beautiful irony.

Oh my gosh, I KNOW! Like the look on his face when he gets back. Really sad tbh :c I don't get what he sees in her. I mean, it's his sister, so you'd think that would be a pretty frickin' hefty deterrent, or at least I would hope it would be, but apparently not. She's not pretty, she's not nice, she's not funny or caring, she's got a disgusting personality, she don't even have nice boobs. While Jaime on the otherhand his super handsom, master swordsman, smart diplomatic, a halfway decent human being (even though he tries to murder children to protect his love life >.>). What the heck is going on there!??!?!

Maskedmelon, Jamie is a Paladin in the most Absolute sense. However, his god is not the Seven or the Lord of Light. His god is his love for Cersei. He has lived his life in absolute devotion to her, sacrificing material pleasures, wealth, and countless beautiful pussies. This is exemplified by Jamie forsaking his claim on Castely Rock and the fact that he has only ever had sex with Cersei. In fact, the only time Jamie came close to loving another woman was with Breanne of Tarth (sp?), who is also a Paladin in the most Absolute sense.

It's not a rational choice on his end, but rather a spiritual calling and personal devotion.

You know, I was thinking more about this and true love never is a rational choice, I get that, we don't have control of it, but it doesn't just happen either. At the most basic level, it is rooted in desire and sprouts with need. I just don't get how it started for Jaime with her :/
