No, it happens 3 months after Velious. In the actual timeline it happened March 14, 2001.

I believe we will still see people clearing the planes. Even with Kunark gear the planar gear is still very good, and relatively accessible.

Absolutely. I usually see at least 3 groups in Mistmoore alone that range anywhere from 20-35.

SolB and Lguk tend to be packed during peak hours.
Guk tends to have mor eloot farmers but in SolB you will usually see Window, royals, BnB and freeti all camped every night, all night.

Of course many of these characters are alts at this point but I would say at least 20% are still leveling their first toons.

Honestly, mid level (35-45) really sucks because everything is so crowded. Cant find anything to do, can't wait for Kunark it should fix this.

I always thought the low 30's were the worst, hard to find groups. Once 40 solb and lguk open up more

Kunark will really open up the level 20-40 game, for those of you asking.

Hate and Fear won't be perma-killed like it is now, but Inno/CT/Dracho will still be heavily contested. Some guilds might even kill maestro to make the clerics and spites in his room easier to pull, too. =P

Just leveled my first toon to 50. Had no problems at all. Unrest -> Uguk-> Highkeep -> MM -> Lguk/SolB.
