Note: I don't know Red so my analysis might be a little off but:

Gobby Earring buff is overridden by ROTWF and Epic click so not that great -- could go Fingerbone Hoop or Sanctum Guardian's Earring as alternatives.

I was assuming if you can finish Eyepatch of Plunder you can finish the BOB, Sanctum Guardian's Earring, and 9th Ring Quests too.

If you can afford Skyshrine for Legs/Arms get those if not Thurg works.

I always hate to see people using RBB in belt slot just for stats, on Blue the thing goes for 50k because of the haste and if you're not using it for haste you're paying a hell of a lot of plat for for AC: 5 STR: +10 DEX: +10 STA: +10. You could get a Spider Fur Belt for 1k with AC: 10 DEX: +5 AGI: +5 HP: +40. Haste is also something you can play with on monk... you could get the RBB and then cloak of hiero cloak too or make other adjustments.

and last I would use Ada Cub (MH) and SOS (OH) until you get epic then Epic (MH) SOS (OH)

thanks, i did not think of a ring 9 but that sounds good to work towards. I already have the BoBs and such done. But like one of the other people posted RBBs are cheap on red, kunark dragons regularly sit up.

Having a hard time finding ada club or SoS, hopefully by time I get higher level closer I can though. Sanctum guardian earring i have never quested, but will probably pass on for now due to laziness. Harla dar I don't think has ever even been killed on red, ever since the gflux bug no one has touched 90% of the dragons except egg + valley ones.

I just leveled a new monk 1-50 in like 2 weeks (COF, fungi etc.). I think I died once.

If I played on red how many times would I have died 1-50 just from PKs? You lose XP every time too? They can loot your shit or just your plat?

Nowadays... probably none.

NO XP LOSS on PVP - unless you die to mobs while pvpinp...

There are 30-100 people online.... Norrath is HUGE.

I generally go level with people who ask for it that are low level because I know how it is not seeing anyone for HOURS... days if you're in an out of the way zone.

If you're twinked, 150 or so MR is really the most important that way you can just run to a zoneline and plug rather than give a sociopathic narcissist their daily ego feed.

If you're twinked as well as you're talking you were on blue, then probably no pvp death at all. AND you get nearly any camp for as long as you like.

EDIT ADDED: Just your coins can be looted from PvP death.
