You handed in quest items for XP, faction & coins by doing level appropriate monsters & a level appropriate quest in a game called Everquest. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Until you realize that they're all flagged as greedy...

The only non greedy vendors in kunark are the dwarf in loio, the innkeeper in TD, iksar faction vendors, and FV outpost vendors.

You should only bank in OT. Never vendor.

While on the topic of the Worker Sledgemallet. I was curious if the mask of deception is good enough for a Barbarian Rogue to enter OT Outpost.

It's good enough for a bard. Mask + Faction song was good enough to get hammer. It will depend on your religion but you'll probably be at least Dubious.

You will most likely need to turn in a few braids, assuming you've never killed anything in Karnor's Castle or Charasis (Howling Stones).
