I've been pretty busy the past couple of weeks between work, gym, and rl gainz. Last week I met some pals that flew in down here to Miami for a bachelor party. I probably enjoyed myself a little too much. And I'm really digging this new 24 hour gym. I'm going to try to push myself a little harder the next couple of weeks and increase those gains.

lower salt the better, having too much water makes you heavier and if you exercise with a ton of water in you pretty much guaranteed to have horrible acid swishing around your stomach.
did 3 hours of heavy warehouse work in the heat yesterday had horrible acid. Didn't get to do normal gains but today is more bench | ||
