I understand this item is vendor rechargable? It appears this was nerfed eventually on live to prevent the sell/repurchase trick. When was this placed into effect? I looked on the ZAM thread and it looks like it took place NO LATER than 2003.

Does anyone have any info on this item regarding any and all nerfs that took place on live?

Honestly didn't understand the value until I found out this was rechargable, but I'm not interested if it's gonna get nerfed ANYTIME in kunark and.. slightly less interested if it gets nerfed in vellious.

Im pretty sure the big round of recharge nerfs went around in Luclin, but I could be wrong.
