Although bards get a lot of tools, their lower level stuff isn't great. Most of that stuff isn't even worth the carpal twisting, selo's doesn't even give much of a movement boost yet. But they also don't have a golden level, since they get their best stuff spread out at 55-60.
The best one is probably 59 though - Bereavement is some truly OP shit.

Has to be Wizard at lvl 20. Finally getting to port and being able to do bread quest to snare/quadding levels is game changing. I've played every class and never wanted to hit a lvl more than that, beggin groups to take me in and linking my Solist Icy wand in OOC insisting I have some sustained dps lol.
Runnerup is enc at 29. Is when you truly start to realize their power getting C and charm isn't owning your mana so much anymore. And also getting Aug, Air/Water illusion at that level was great added utility.

Wizards peak at Level 12. That's the level where your damage capability in comparison to the power level of things you're fighting is at its highest. SHOCK OF LIGHTNING!

As a Wizard, the power level you are able to provide to a group in terms of combat peaks at Level 12. It's downhill from there, especially as you get into the 40's and higher, as monsters continually get stronger in comparison to what your nukes can do.
