As of 1015 MST, I also cannot log in, same error. Guessing I should just make a char on red, eh.

They're shutting down the server. They have the 10 min countdown going in game telling people to log out.

Ok everything was great for almost a month, but now this exact same issue is happening again.

edit: I'm able to login to Red99 w/o issue.

Receiving error 1017 on Blue, can get to character selection on Red.
