i think it means people are only friends if the weather is good ( things are going well )

meaning as soon as the going gets tough, they are out.

He posted a list of perfectly normally human traits and you want to use it to justify personal attacks on people.

Are you telling me you've never offered help or advice to someone, been inconsistent or changed your views over time, never got mad, never formed an opinion on someone else?
