Any guilds taking willing to take brand new player!?
Hi all,
I just started playing again since 2002, looking for a guild and some players to play and relearn the game with. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Glad to be back in the fold of the nostalgia. | ||

Currently there are a few options for new players when it comes to guilds. I'd ask around to members of different guilds about their experience in that guild and ask an Officer for an invite if one sounds good to you. Also there's a guild list on the wiki with a breakdown of Casual guilds and Raid guilds: https://wiki.project1999.com/Guilds:Guild_List

ShadyNapster -
First off, welcome to the community. Second, Napster was only slightly shady. Next, P99 probably is a lot more competitive than you remember EQ being. Don't Let it effect your RL commitments. If you find yourself answering batphones in the middle of the night I would advise taking a step or two back. Other then the raiding scene being about as rancid as is possible P99 is as close to a classic experience as you're going to find. Enjoy!

Join the Stream Team if you like to do a bit of everything. Even though you're still low level now, we'd be happy to have you on board.

Drunken Bandits is a new guild recruiting new and low level players. We won’t turn away high level players either but we’re all under 40 right now. We’d be happy to have you. Check out our post in the guild section here in the forums.
