Default Befallen full heal on Zone out.

Was almost dead on zone out from befallen, then suddenly fully healed. Had putrid breath and plague rat disease. They weren't removed on zone out. Tried to replicate it several times, but couldn't get all the conditions at the same time.

This happened to me at Crushbone zone out, also could not replicate. Believe I had only Skin Like Wood. Zoned out with almost zero life.

I remember in classic/live if you "died while zoning" you'd zone over with full health. Maybe that happened?

Yeah.. Maybe with that buff on, once you zoned with low health the buff dropped which means you had negative HP?

The strange thing to me is the dying without going to bind point..
