Please for the love of bertox tell me we have an ogre low int guide/gm that handles disputes like this, so they are able to resolve disputes using sticks and drawings in the dirt.

I'm sorry, I was referring to a different situation then OP's. No, I completely agree, if you afk for 30min, you ain't camping nothing but, in that case, his wife. Honestly, most folks are pretty scared just to go sell, at the more popular places.
