Not to burst your bubble or anything but, your NPC stats are wrong.

Nag and Vox do not quad without weapons. NPC innate dual wield is a Velious addition.

Nag's hits are 83 min, 255 max. Vox hits are 63 to 205.

Attack delays for both should be 1.8 seconds.

Nag's mitigation was somewhere around 350 but I didn't get a solid parse.

Nag's ATK value was rather high; I parsed over 500.
