Effect of CHA on Cleric Lull

Does level affect the rate at all?

Presumably level is only accounted for in the initial resist rate and CHA is the only thing that applies in the "is this resist a critical one" check?

All this testing is being done on a level ~35 mob? If the mob is a higher level one I guess you'd see a higher rate of resists, but a similar proportion that become criticals?
