Also i found jogging is good if you have LOTS of energy, if you do cardio daily you wont have the energy to jog or it will burn you out faster.
My current workout Walk 30 mins Cycle 1.5 Hours walk 30 mins get home, 3 sets 12 reps either bench, military press or curls. Shower Smoke bowl Ejaculate Success EDIT : 6 days per week, 5 if i am working ALOT but very rare to take 2 rest days per week. When i was on keto was only able to do it 4-5 days when i was full carb including sweets managed to do 30 days in a row | ||
