Game Mechanics: Two-hander Damage Bugged:

Just wanted to circle back to this, apparently weapon damage on Green is influenced by your weapon skill, not your Offense skill.

As I've raised my 2HS skill rating, no differences in other stats, my damage has steadily been consistently increasing.

Unsure of what the formula is, but it's for sure nothing to do with Offense, otherwise I would've been hitting significantly harder more often way earlier than this and my Offense hasn't increased much relative to my 2HS but the damage has significantly increased.
