Plane of Sky : NPC Enderbite Rod of the Protecting Winds quest glitch.

I have tried two times so far to do Plane of Sky : NPC Enderbite Rod of the Protecting Winds quest for the enchanter and the NPC Enderbite was given all 4 items. Sweet Nectar, Black Sky Diamond, Large Sky Sapphire and Efreeti Wind Staff and no Rod of the protecting Winds have been return and just glitch. Just wanted to make note of this bug.

Did you use the right one? I remember messing up a wizard sky quest cause of this.
