Can Red transfer to Blue due to low pop/lack of attention?

There is a lot of talk about behavior on red. I think a lot of it has to do with the server is really old. It would be like playing the same game of football forever for 40 years.

Voted no. What’s stopping an entire guild moving over to Red just for uncontested raid pixels then going back Z
