I think he has worn out his welcome with the staff at this point. I like to think of Lulz as a mentally retarded little cousin so he doesn't bother me, but his meme game is pissing off the powers at large.

I think of him as a fat, bald, goblin like creature that slightly evolved enough to be able to communicate on forums through memes and simple words.
