Not sure how they managed to get access to it, as it's quite deep behind a wall in the rat maze in PoM, but I saw the room multiple times via gnomevision while grinding on rats on my enchanter. It's filled with 4 of those invisible mobs named after numbers.

Maybe the mobs are high enough to summon, and a good nuke or pet sent through the wall dropped them into summon range? Pure speculation [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

That was basically our initial thoughts on busting the room. Unfortunately, we ended up dead or stuck in the walls and floor of the hallway many times!
