Ally doesn't exist until velious, that much is true. I tested faction levels on green though and the range for warmly includes what would be the ally range, so if you are at max warmly on green it should be the same numerical value as max ally on blue. It has also been proven that max faction is not necessary for shm epic though, fwiw.

Ah that makes sense for the Ally con. While it is true that you don't need max, most people prefer to get to max, because it is easier to know you have the correct levels. Nothing is worse than turning in your epic and getting nothing back[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] This is especially true while Ally isn't a con. That means you have no idea what version of warmly you are at.
