Am I reading this right Kansas is the least federally dependent? Kansas is known for being a poor state that can barely pay the bills. They set up speed traps on their own people. They fly over you with an airplane to catch you speeding 10mph over the limit.

btw i have been pulled over in speed traps as a kid in the red states, i wound up with a massive bill in 1, and told to kewl my jets and slow it down in 3

(ps. I recommend ya'll learn to fuckin drive safely and not be in a rush or feel entittled to drive whatever speed u want) (because angry ppl like me exist and we lose our shit regularly)
