I agree, they should stay out of it that young. Killing an 8 month old baby is murder though sorry.

The Court divided the pregnancy period into three trimesters. During the first trimester, the decision to terminate the pregnancy was solely at the discretion of the woman. After the first trimester, the state could “regulate procedure.” During the second trimester, the state could regulate (but not outlaw) abortions in the interests of the mother’s health. After the second trimester, the fetus became viable, and the state could regulate or outlaw abortions in the interest of the potential life except when necessary to preserve the life or health of the mother.

Okay cool so, it's only murder once the babby passes out of the vag? What about when it's halfway out? Is that just half a murder? What magically makes it murder post-vag but not pre-vag?

And I'll even give you rape, if a woman is raped she should be able to get an abortion at any point. But rape only accounts for like less than 1% of abortions, the issue is kind of all those other ones.

Well that's semantics, "trimesters" are just an arbitrary distinction. That's why the "heartbeat" thing is a thing; it's some kind of specific distinction.
