We needed something good to talk about because everyone is tired of hearing about the delta variant coronavirus.

And tired of being told inflation won't happen and then that it won't be too bad and then...

It's nice to have some real news to discuss. One way or another, the exit of afghanistan was a total embarassment, permanently. So stupid and poorly done that I would question if there was any plan in place or if it was intentionally trash.

Not like Biden had much time to re-hire intelligence and state department personnel after everyone quit or was fired from Trump.

It's a huge shame in the most actual and literal sense.

The Taliban harbored and worked with the very guy we invade Afghanistan for under the Bush administration.

Obama, authorized the mission to take this very guy out; Osama Bin Laden. And he was successful.

Trump by end of his presidency had lowered the number of troops in Afghanistan to about 2,500; and sign off on the deal to leave Afghanistan. Calling the Taliban smart and sharp.
