When I was trained by the DOD about chemical biological and radiological agents, infections and procedures they had this one section of the training about people who refuse to cooperate. Upon finding miosis of the pupils or sign of infection, and the patient is refusing treatment or/and being uncooperative thus risking the lives of other crew members they are to be escorted down to the milk freezer(or appropriate facility) and executed. Their bodies will be kept in cold storage until the ship is cleared to dock somewhere and unload the dead crew members.

Well the specifics as to why is that cardio stretches the heart, increasing stroke volume. Heavy lifting actually thickens the heart muscle, rather than stretch it. Some people may errantly believe that lifting is good for the heart

I don't have any degrees and I know next to nothing. I'm afraid I'm coming across harsher than I intend towards you due to your assumptions of my position. It's not as radical as you may think. Simply stated, arrest and confine all unvaccinated civilians indefinitely until they voluntarily consent to vaccination.
