It isn't well articulated, however OP is likely complaining about the fact that players who were server-banned for pickpocketing a significant amount of elder beads during the first iteration of the beads list have been unbanned. One of these players was Svenson from Seal Team, and while I am unfamiliar with the other player(s), I am aware that they, too, are/were Seal Team members.
The unbanning, in a vacuum at least, might raise some eyebrows due to the behavior's egregiousness and its impact on the many players who lost hours and hours of their time on a list that hardly moved because Svenson and co were pickpocketing all the beads off! However, it should come as little surprise when you take into account the guild to which the perpetrators belong and analyze the decision to unban Svenson and co, on one hand, in comparison with the (weak) actions that the GMs have taken in the past when ruling on bad behavior of that guild and its members, on the other hand. Then it should be far less surprising. Simply put, the decision is par for course as to what you should expect on Green. | ||
