Does this occur on all servers, or one specifically?

Additionally, do you have the following entries in your eqclient.ini file?

Mine states:

LoadArmor18=FALSE
LoadArmor19=FALSE
LoadArmor20=FALSE
LoadArmor21=FALSE

LoadArmor23=FALSE

I couldn't find a line for armor240

I can only speak for blue server (I don't have any velious armor on green) but it's definitely defaulted back to classic graphics on blue. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help
