Based on what I have seen, Loramin has contributed to P99 more than any person in this thread.
Furthermore, the wiki is a tool which has a priceless value and endless use for all of us.

I wish I wasn't gay.
Back down to 224lb tho (still about 60 overweight). Goal weight is a thiccly muscled 160 without being an anorexic with 0.5% body fat like last time again. Probiotics. Cut sugar. Add fiber. Cut cooked oils sauté and fried food. Cut red and processed meats like bacon and sausage as much as possible. Eat whole foods. Get fat from free range animals. G-d bless /\

As a former fatty (290lbs to 165, then started hitting weights and other exercises to get to 183lbs currently) I can concur theres nothing fun about it and sometimes shaming isnt such a bad idea.

I asked for plain Greek whole milk full fat yogurt.
Instead I got whole milk vanilla with 11g added sugar in a 170 gram serving. It is horrifically icky sweet. I'll eat some of it with my oats anyway. I was hoping for a better fat source. Anyway. It isn't the end of the world and it is nice and creamy and tart, sour. I just wish American corporations didn't pour ungodly amounts of sugar into their foods so they could make a few more sales. W t f. Also I have been without sugar for 3 weeks and my taste pallette is what the fuck.

I was having really bad medical problems around 240. I didn't choose to be that fat. Poor care and illness put me there. Don't blame ppl who struggle with weight. Especially in the circumstances where our only choice is Anorexia. Sadly people don't understand that when they have families and children it is their duty to care for eachother and their children and this includes healthy food and responsible choices. America is a very irresponsible society, civilization. We individually are the only ones who can choose to fix that and refuse to be victims. Sometimes that requires a good fight. It's wrong to put sick people up against the wall and make them fight. We gotta tho. We gotta do what is right and fight for ourselves against the oppressive institutions Americans let run their lives. Go to a health class. Go to a nutrition class. Go to the VA whole health program and train yourselves up. So we create better families, institutions and food and kick the greedy exploitive companies to the curb and off our grocery store shelves. We gotta do more than vote and consume. We gotta take over and run our own stores, companies, and corporations and stop the lobbies stopping people from running their own cities and villages. Get em out of our politcs.
