Yeah but using whole oats + peanut butter is going to give me the necessary carbs/fats I need in a complete breakfast, I don't trust those carnation things, their like nesquik except they try to pump it full of vitamins that I'm not even sure the body is going to absorb based on the way it's made. But that is definitely a step up from no breakfast at all. FUCK I still haven't eaten yet today... =/

The regular packages do have quite a bit of sugar. There's a sugar-free version though, I will probably start investing in those.
