What does this have to do with "Innocent until Proven Guilty"?

If you try to kill someone, police will defend themselves.

There's a difference between that and believing everyone who is arrested by police is automatically guilty.

Government and its agents have various immunity(s), or used to. Not sure how far we've gone yet.
