Casting a spell when you have *just* enough mana only to have 'you're spell is interrupted' and 'insufficient mana' messages show up, and lose 50 mana without an actual fizzle.

I think that's related to a glitchy way the UI reports available mana with reference to mana ticks, etc...I don't think that you had enough mana at the time, but the UI thought you did...

Some people object to the American system of quotation/punctuation rules and find the British system to be much more logical, including some reputable American sources.

Although if you were going completely by the British rules, he would use single marks instead of doubles, but whatever.
