Lot of truth to this. In the last democratic primary, Biden was my last choice, and the field wasn't exactly stacked. I don't know anyone that was thrilled to get Biden.

Congress should make a list of necessary credentials among eligible citizens and make it a lottery, like the draft. Some random dude or dudette gets to serve the country as pres for a year then draw again.

Anyone intentionally running to be president is doing it for personal gain 100% and is already corrupt to some degree.
