As someone who's had both covid and the vaxx, I worry about people keeling over these days. And if I'm ever going to die running, it would probably going the furthest distance I go as hard as I can. In the past, I've had borderline medical issues at the end of the half due to going too hard, and that's before fucking around with my heart So 7 years ago before covid and when I was 180lbs, I usually finished around 1:30, which worked out to like a 7:40ish m/mi or something. This time, I'm going to try to be still above average, probably ideally under 9:00m/mi. But effort-percent wise I'll probably be going 70-80%

He hasn't caught a turkey or a deer yet but he has spooked them. Pretty hilarious to see 6 turkeys running down a trail all goofy like, as turkeys do.

This next generation are mostly weak and lazy….but there has never been more knowledge and support available to those that want to be above average in some physical pursuit
It’s easier than ever to stay ahead of the lazy plebs, but for the focused, things have never been more competitive https://m.youtube.com/shorts/
