Who's the baddest mother fucker out there?

I haven't decided how many kills to go in the Hall of Fame, or if any Red99 players really deserve to be in it. I might do guild leaders. Gong Concealed Lite Nizzar Checkraise?? etc? I dunno I won't get ahead of myself, but this is big.
