I believe light blue should be working on P99's timeline in its final month (November 2001). When this was removed, I am not sure if they put a rule on it or not. I'll mention it again to the team.
Isn't light blue supposed to go away at a certain level too? Like once you are high enough level. Or am I totally mistaken?
