Wipe The Server

The only thing more ridiculous than the idea of a server wipe is the relatively high number of people who voted for this option. I suppose the explanation for that is that these people have little in the way of responsibilites and/or demands upon their time in RL.

Well, a lot of people probably voted yes as a troll response.

Also, a lot of people don't place some sentimental value on their pixels, and would have plenty of fun doing a fresh start from the beginning. It seems to me that the ones who "have a life" as they say would be the ones least concerned about losing all their stuff.

This is the very reason I do not want a server wipe. I do have other things to do and have limited time to play, maybe a few hours every other week, if that. It's taken 1 1/2 years to get my highest character to lvl 22. I certainly don't want to have to start all over again.

However, I certainly won't object to the cheaters losing their items or having to start all over.

Honestly, and I know it sounds mean, but at that level of casualness... your opinion doesn't really matter. Sorry bro. If you played ~30 hours in 1.5 years, losing your shit means nothing. And if you somehow took hundreds of hours to get to level 22, you should probably just kill yourself anyway.

this server is shit and a wipe would cure all the damage done for a year+ by cheating douchebags. i have a level 54 char, 150k+ plat, more than willing to see it burn to the ground for a fresh(fun) server.

Wonder how many of the suspended would favor a wipe instead of returning to the population behind rivals, etc...

Being a slow leveler and acquirer of gear... I'd sure hate to lose this years' accomplishments.

Exactly. Wiping the server would mean a lot of people would be done with P99. A lot of those people are good, honest players too. It wont happen anyway.
