Ive posted this several times since Feb, and not sure what the status is as far as how close a fix to day/night is. However, it would be nice if they would just let the necromancer spawn at any point since this neck has been unobtainable starting out of the gate.

PS, I am not 100% sure if the fluid or red dust even drops for the final quest after u get the neck from the necromancer part. This needs to be looked into as well.
