Because Rogean has never been a fan of being open about private matters. They are GM-related matters, and goes hand in hand with why they don't make general suspensions or bans public (not usually atleast).

Anyways, thats the reason...am I a fan? Nah..I'd rather see it. But I'd also like to see IP Bans for cheaters who got caught after the first time

Wrong.

They are community matters that affects the psyche of every player.

If a player can just simply change accounts and/or ips. Then the fair community will feel like they are the only ones not hacking, and you put pressure on those who are on the fence to just go ahead and jump over because there is no punishment relatively.

Not disseminating information in regards to confirmed hackers encourages hacking - plain and simple.
