Everytime something is changed, we stand to lose way more people than we gain. This server isn't being promoted all that much. There is a small pool of potential

Every pic and video I see of star wars makes me laugh and glad I didn't buy it. How many times can they rehash that stupid model with a new skin.
Most of my old guild were 30+ in a matter of days without ever even grouping, and the pvp is just same old cheesy abilities with new names, new models and textures and no risk, free rewards win or lose. Waiting for everyone to finish realizing this so server pop can come back up. | ||

i don't know why people think vz/tz was a shit hole lol most of the people saying this more than likely didn't even play there. it was the best pvp box i've ever played on, and it's a LOT more fun than what this box has been. There were always 3-4 guilds at least fighting/contesting spawns all the time, and the server never died no matter what kind of chaos was going on with the people running it. It died because keegan or whoever was in charge pulled the plug on it, not from lack of interest.
Devs are either being stubborn about changing it from what their version of a pvp server is or just plain don't care. Most of them have never even played pvp before and don't know how what features a pvp server should have. I'm not bashing at all, but other than nilbog randomly posting in a thread the other day, there has been absolutely no comment from rogean or any other devs about what's going on/what changes or features they plan on doing. I completely understand they do this for free and on their own time, but it honestly wouldn't hurt to maybe get a response from them once in a while or maybe ask us our input on what should/should not be in.

I also find it hilarious that you say that 3-4 guilds were "always" contesting spawns and that the server never died due to lack of interest. Maybe 60 people on average were logged in every day. The only reason 4 guilds could contest a spawn is because all of the raid encounters were so fucking buggy and exploitable that any group of 15 idiots could kill them. Maybe you don't care about pathing working correctly with mobs not constantly getting stuck inside of walls, maybe you don't care if basic parts of your class like instrument swapping are functioning right, but anyone who's played on a server of p99's quality does care and will tell you that VZTZ was unplayable in comparison.
