Spells

Haynar: Updated spells_us.txt to fix bard songs using spell effects with sound. This will require updated spells_us.txt client side to fix the sound.

looks like the old spell file is still downloadable...just tried it with no changes on sounds... just a heads up devs

besides that, i tried to alter the spell file as haynar mentioned in below link but something went wrong (9th post in that thread):

Great job on the fixes! I retested and twisting ( at least my normal twist ) is working amazing! I also tested DoTs with instrument switching, working awesome! I'm pretty impressed with how fast you got to the issues. So impressed I am not gong to ask you to fix charm not stacking with tash! =P
