![]() gratz. at least one of us isnt shooting for diabetes. im like 170 now, havent done any kind of regular exercise since getting out of the army. really need to motivate myself to get back in the gym.

![]() you do a custom regiment or standard shit? i tried that cross fit, it was tiring but I wasnt seeing much gain (I think its more for endurance anyway.) Got a copy of p90x but havent really looked at it.

![]() skorge keep it up, im 165 lb's atm shooting for 200 lb's within 5 years, been lifting for 5 years but just started taking it seriously the past 3 months, gained 5 lb's and lost 2% body fat over the past 3 months. You are an inspiration to us all
