Agreed Sirken, ALOT of people quit when Holocaust got destroyed for exploiting 2 dragons after Nihilum exploited dozens without any punishment at all.

It all seemed very, very shady.

Don't even know why people still talk about this.

Guilds wanted to kill naggy, didn't have enough 50 members, so they found a loophole (exploit) and were told not to use it any more. Fair warning was given.

End of story.

But wait, it wasn't, because kids went back and tried to do it again after everyone had been warned, and were therefore suspended. You don't hold up a bank that was robbed the day before, and you definitely don't blame anyone but yourself when you get caught. Shits dumb. There was no injustice.

Before holo got banned, even unguilded like myself had heard that guilds were exploiting naggy and GMs told them not to.

Keep telling yourself that though, whatever makes you feel better.

In the legal field that is what we call hearsay. It also doesn't account for the fact that nihilum exploited no fewer than five dragons and suffered zero repercussions as a result of doing so other than having the items removed months later whereas holocaust was disbanded, the guild given three weeks off, and officers perma banned. Keep telling yourself it was fair and well handled though. I would love to face opposing counsel like you.

All heartbreand is saying is, people would have been fine with the ban if

Nihilum officers were perma banned, and given 3 weeks off as well. Wouldnt have left such resentment, because they all knew they cheated.

The fact that professional eq players, like nizzarr and others claim they didnt understand it was an "exploit". Is a moot point.

They have been playing eq for like 13 years. Anyone who believes their claims, is a retard.

GM's are not retarded here, so that only leaves favoritism left. The main thing holobabies have been crying about , which is, and always will be a valid point.

Accept it and move on, server is dead.

You're an idiot.

Hearsay is when I heard something from third party, or unofficial sources. GMs had openly address this and told people not to do this. I knew it, and so did Holo.

I'd rip you a new one in court.
