Default Item Recharging - Moss Mask

Has anyone tried recharging a Moss Mask? If so, what did it cost? Just curious.

Tested it last night, I get around 2pp to sell and 5pp to buy back. So it costs around 3pp to recharge. So why would anyone buy a fishbone earring for 3.5k. I could have enduring breath on me for 5,250 hours before exceeding the cost of a fishbone earring. Plus I don't have to have it equipped to use. It's not a lore item, so you can have multiples. 6 hours of camping Upper Guk killing named mobs, I've gotten 3 moss masks. Anyhow, hope this information helps someone.

because a fishbone earring doesn't require you to cast anything, so if you have no risk of it wearing off and not noticing, and dieing.
