I would actually be interested to see what the ruling is when a rogue who is not part of the king group pp's their king. A year ago I petitioned when a rogue not in my group pp'd the gems off my group's bugs while we were engaged with them and Amelinda said it was alright. 80k pp would be quite steal.

If you're and officer in your guild and do /getguildmotd it clears whatever message that was on it.
