Skope is right. Duo or group they are OP. I know in groups if 2 mobs come the Mage can take out the second one as fast or faster than the rest of the group on the other. Pretty scary. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] But no real CC solo.

I haven't parsed the damage, but when the pet is tanking it's roughly in the area of a raid-geared rogue. I've seen the pet drop a mob on its own faster than the rest of the group has killed theirs =P If you're not lazy and malosini the mobs the DPS is even better due to the pet's relatively low level. Those stuns and nukes add up.

You can get creative with the weapons, like giving Fluffy a whip of ensnaring or ykesha weps to help with soloing indoors, but it's a pain to keep those stocked.
