Seems easy enough.

Dump logs of /ooc at the end of each month. Run script to perform keyword search against list of "toxic" keywords. Disable /ooc for flagged users.

If those users want access to speak in /ooc again, charge them 20k plat.

Fixes /ooc and platinum inflation at the same time.

I would love if we could have a csr access level that JUST has #revoke. unfortunately, #revoke isnt even working right now, so we have to #suspend instead, and that's not a command I want someone we don't trust to have (you can suspend someone for a thousand years, effectively banning them).

As an alternative, have a GM item with a targetable clicky detrimental effect for lower level CSR reps.

Player is shitting up /ooc? Give them 10 hours of res effects, make their character drunk, or even blind.

Be creative with the detrimental effect.
